1. Download usb-M7.2-live.tgz or usb-M7.2-base-live.tgz
2. Extract to a suitable folder
3. Prepare your usb stick, plug it in
4. Format to ext3 (other formats may work or be better, but I haven't tested them)
   using gparted, cfdisk or an app of your choice, make sure it is bootable.
   You do not need a swap partition on the usb stick.
5. Copy files from new-iso (don't copy the new-iso folder itself) folder in 2 to 
   the usb partition/folder
6. Reboot.
